Good news coffee lovers, even more studies are reinforcing previous findings that drinking coffee can lead to a longer life! As CNN reports here (click for more), two recent studies came to this conclusion; people who drank 2-4 cups per day saw an 18% lower risk of death compared to those who did not drink coffee. What’s particularly interesting is these studies covered people from different races and locations, which suggests it’s not just how the coffee is prepared, for example, or other local factors – there really does appear to be a benefit with moderate coffee consumption. Yay! 🙂
