The health impact of how you brew your coffee

Well this isn’t new, but, here’s a nice, short video from a San Francisco TV station that explains how different brewing methods affect the coffee brewed. The gist of it is that using a paper filter removes some chemicals that can boost the bad cholesterol in your body. (source)
