A study done in California has found that coffee may reduce the amount of liver damage that is linked to alcohol consumption. Yet another reason to drink coffee! Read the story here at CNN.
Now this is odd. An Australian University study found that coffee makes people more easily swayed to your views, or more inclined to agree with you (that’s coffee being drank by the listener, not you, as coffee breath does not have quite the same effect!). You can read more about it at Ansa.
Folgers will soon be coming out with a new coffee, Simply Smooth, that has been roasted to a level optimal for minimizing the creation of phenols, an organic compound which is believed to cause stomach irritation in many people. Read more about it here.
